Borderers marked the 75th anniversary of Victory in Japan Day on Saturday, August 15, but it wasn’t quite the commemoration that was planned.

As the current COVID-19 situation continues, large gatherings are not permitted, so the milestone was marked in several low-key events, with people being urged to stay at home.
